61 Self Love Quotes That Ignite Self Healing, Self Worth and Self Esteem

While we all make time for all our physical needs throughout the day, we make little or no effort to nurture our emotional needs. They get tossed under the carpet like non essentials only to resurface in the form of stress and depression.

Hence, Self Love needs to become a priority in our lives daily!

The 61 Self love Quotes below are some of my favorites. I especially pull out this list when I am not feeling very good…Usually when my self esteem has been hurt by external forces. Reading these quotes helps me bounce back instantly! May they do the same for you.

  1. What a fantastic collection, Zeenat. I thought this one was interesting: ““Self-love seems so often unrequited.” It’s just so true, most of us don’t know how to love ourselves, and so much pivots on healthy self-love.
