I have a confession to make. Its rather an admittance…. I’m the type of person who loves alone time. Don’t get me wrong – deeply meaningful relationships with other human beings are a necessary and important part of my everyday life. However, I adore, crave, and carve out vast amounts of time alone.

For me, it turns out, solitude is a positive state, necessary to remain sane and healthy. Not everyone needs hours of time alone, but everyone needs his or her own personal balance between engagement with the world and engagement with self.

Weekly Positive Challenge: Clearing those pesky Problems

We all have to admit, that we all have problems and issues in our lives we are all trying to work through. Sometimes those problems eat away at our soul and render us lifeless in the process if we let them. But if you are living from your heart, you ‘Know’ at some point that ‘enough is enough’. There is just so much control you can allow your problem over you…at some point you need to put an end to it.

Lets put an end to and clear many of those pesky problems NOW!

What is Your Life’s Message?

Our message is our life.

But what is your message and how does your life compare in contrast? Lets think about this for a bit.

If you think of role models for this particular way of living Gandhi, Mother Teresa …come to mind. They walked their talk. They lived. They taught. They inspired. They brought about revolutions in good conscious living. They LIVED their message of love, peace and compassion. Their life story is still fragrant with their message and will forever be.
