13 Ways to Sky Rocket🚀 YOUR Self-Worth in 30 days

“Self–worth is so vital to your happiness if you don’t feel good about yourself, it’s hard to feel good about anything else.” ~ Sandy Hale

Recently while at an event, the above truth dawned on me, more deeply than usual. It was the result of a conversations I was having at that event.

Its not that uncommon to question your existence. Infact, on your healing journey, at some point these things will come up. Its healthy to reassess your life from time to time to clarify if you are on the path of your purpose or not.

The best journal prompt to find your purpose is, “What did you love doing when you were a child?”

I need for you to jog your memory to when you were a kid, say 8-12 years and remember what you were seriously obsessed with. What made you jump out of bed in the mornings? What was your mind busy with?

In the midst of chaos and confusion, answering those questions helped me find my purpose years ago.

But today I offer 16 more journal prompts to help you figure out your life’s purpose.
