The only constant is change.
As much as we know this to be true, we resist it at every turn.
Our egos cling to the way things are and have been, creating fears around anything different. This creates the presumption that anything other than what we already know can’t be good. How absurd!

I simply love that quote because it reminds me that it’s up to me to make each day and each dream super special. That doesn’t mean that each moment of every day is going to be wonderfully smooth, uneventful, and happy. But it does mean that it is up to me to take action, take charge of each day to make sure I’m excited about being in a whole body and about being alive and kicking and loving.
