At a recent seminar, a member of the audience asked me, “What do I do with my painful thoughts of the past. They either lead me to destructive anger or to depression. How do I stop them?” We cannot stop our thoughts in a vacuum. Thoughts can be replaced by cultivating other thoughts; destructive thoughts with constructive ones, negative ones with corresponding positive ones. Lean On Me

Sometimes things are a lot harder than we can handle, and sometimes we don’t know what to do to help ourself. We all have pain and sorrow. Its better to share your load and reduce the pain.

I want you to know, if you are hurting, and if there is something going on, that I am here for you. You can lean on me if you need anything at all. It is always nice to have that someone you can lean on, no matter what you are going through. Continue reading “Lean On Me”
