The only constant is change.

As much as we know this to be true, we resist it at every turn.

Our egos cling to the way things are and have been, creating fears around anything different.  This creates the presumption that anything other than what we already know can’t be good.  How absurd!

What do you do when life throws you a zinger?  Do you panic and resist and hope that the change isn’t really happening? Equanimity Kung Fu Panda Style ~ Raoka

Last week I had the pleasure of watching Kung Fu Panda 2 with my little girl. It was her very first movie in the cinema. She already had the panda PO toy, so she could identify with him. Po the adorably large, but beautifully intuitive panda is the main character in the Kung Fu Panda Movie Series. Po is large, with a big heart and amazingly innocent attitude. He goes from being a noodle cook to becoming the Dragon warrior or The Chosen One.

My experience of watching the movie was beautiful. I loved every bit of the movie and so did my little one 🙂

Human beings are sticklers for routine. Whether we accept it or not, we like to know where everything is coming from, what time everything is happening. There is a time for eating, sleeping, schooling, reading….and lately I’ve noticed people even taking out time during the week to ‘just talk’. All in all we love our routine knowing.
