Beating anxiety is an uphill climb. Anxiety can feel like its taking over your life and not allowing you to really live freely. It makes doubt and fear your constant companion. As I discussed in a previous article on the 5 Step Plan to Positively Reduce Anxiety, there is hope. It can be handled.

Another beautiful and highly effective way to beat anxiety, especially when it comes to calming those nerves, is repeating positive affirmations. Do you know that difficulties with self-forgiveness are linked with suicide attempts, eating disorders, and alcohol abuse, among other problems. The ability to forgive ourselves for our mistakes, no matter how big or small they may be, is a necessary step towards psychological healing.
