Celebrating World Gratitude Day with a Positive Gratitude Ritual

Special Note: Over the past 3.5 years since I have been writing on Positive Provocations, I’ve written about Gratitude many times in great detail. I love how gratitude has transformed my life. Being in a state of gratitude can completely transform one’s disposition. The more we pause to consider the things we have to be grateful for, the more we begin to focus on those things. And the things we focus on, we tend to draw toward ourselves. While growing up, I was almost always surrounded by loving friends, who stood by me in thick and thin. I really never knew the pain or anguish of being friendless or disliked. As a libran and as my super intelligent Daddy’s little girl, the few outgoing and conversational qualities I possessed were constantly in use helping me to be well, Liked. But, as I grew up and started understanding life and all its intricacies, I came to a startling realization…..not everyone ‘feels’ liked or loved. Notice I said, not everyone ‘feels’ liked or loved….cause everyone is loved and liked in reality, we just dont accept and love ourselves enough to embrace that fact. How to Positively Heal with HOPE

I have always loved the Superman movies. Especially the ones with Christopher Reeve as Superman. I don’t know whether it was his acting or his honest eyes that made me love the wonderful actor. Christopher Reeve, who played Superman, became paralyzed from the neck down after a horse riding accident.
