9 ways to Get out of your boring comfort zone and SHINE!

Have you ever felt stuck in a rut and were not sure about how to get out? If so, you’re not alone. It’s easy to get bored in the comfort of doing the same things in the same way at the same time. Even that sentence is boring!

I know a time when I had my life completely planned, even my fun time was planned! Then, ahem..life happened 🙂 I grew up, I experienced the world, I understood the world, I understood myself and most of all I realized, NOTHING that I had so meticulously planned worked out. The only part of that plan, that actually did work out….”be happy”. Ironically the only reason I became happy was because I let my plan go. Being stuck with plans is really not my thing. How to lovingly support someone who is experiencing Hopelessness and Depression

If you have a friend or loved one who is experiencing hopelessness or depression, it can be difficult to know exactly what to say or do. While there isn’t any one magic thing to say that will alleviate their pain, there are many ways to offer support.

The best way to offer help is to listen, validate their experience, and provide acceptance. By offering this type of support, you can help put things into a more balanced perspective. In addition, your offer of companionship lets them know that they are not completely alone. They have someone with them even as they attempt to find their ways through a very difficult and dark period. How to Live a Phenomenally Miraculous Life

I recently read a quote by Albert Einstein, “There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as if everything is.” 

At first I thought, wow, pretty black and white, Mr. Einstein. What’s wrong with somewhere in the middle? Certainly everything is not a miracle. But over the next week I continued to ponder the quote.
