How do you empower yourself?

Some things you do or say empower yourself. And some things dis-empower you. Most often its the positive thoughts that create empowering beliefs and the negative thoughts that dis-empower big time. When you find yourself in a challenging situation, it’s helpful to have a powerful plan of action. Think about ONE Beautifully Positive quality about yourself. The challenge is to focus, enhance and nurture this quality all through the week.

Eg: This week, I’m choosing to focus on my “giving” quality. I have been known to be a very giving person. Someone who gives without thinking twice. Be it giving love, warmth, happiness, comfort…or the physical giving of food to the poor, giving time, giving attention…etc. to all where its required.
