I scream for Ice-Cream! Always! Now more since I have been off sugar for the past almost 4 months…yup I do crave my cold, sweet and completely decadent ice cream fix.

I remember as a little girl, whenever I was in a bad mood my daddy took me out for ice cream. In those moments, while licking that sweet wondrous treat all my bad moods would turn sweet. “But how will I know who my soul mate is?”

One of the most significant questions I get asked is the Soul Mate question. Just yesterday at a workshop a lovely young girl asked me this in her own loving way. I could see she was so full of love and honored her query with my time and experience as a Psychological and Spiritual Counselor. I have answered countless questions for my patients, who were wondering who their Soul Mates are, and whether they are with the Love of Their Life.
