I Cannot Detach Myself

Life up untill now has had its ups and downs. Infact everyday has its ups and downs. When I was a teenager I dealt with the downs in a not-so-pretty way. There would be tantrums and blame games. ‘He did it’ or ‘she did it’ or its ‘because of him’ or its ‘because of her’….somehow it was always about me, but never because of me. The Real Super Hero-Sunday Self-Reflection

Being a Super Hero is a fantasy we each garner since childhood. We all want to have super powers that can make us stronger, faster and better than everyone else.

How do we go beyond all the negatives that afflict us to experience the childlike blissful state of what “Just is”?
