This week I feel like sharing some of my new favorite self-love quotes that will make you think, help you remember and inspire you towards a deeper, a gentler and a more loving connection with yourself and your body.
Your self-love journey is actually the journey back to yourself. Back to loving yourself, as a child in your pure innocence, you did love everything about yourself, till ofcourse the world took over when you grew up. Believe me, it is one of the most beautiful experiences you can have. Life is too short to be anything other than who you truly are.
I know, I grew up with severe body image issues. Lots of trauma surrounding my looks and how I was treated and body shamed from very early on in my life. I have since done a lot of work to heal from it. Its a hard inner battle. One of the ways(among many others) that helped me heal was reading empowering words like the ones I am going to share with you.
In the upcoming articles, I will delve into the complexities of body image issues, body shaming, body dysmorphia, and body positivity, and explore the potential for healing from these concerns. Stay subscribed for it ❤
So, now without further ado, here are 23 of my favorite self-love quotes. I hope they ignite something inside of you like they did for me. ❤
