You cannot find your soul with your mind,

you must use your heart.

You must know what you are feeling.

If you dont know what you’re feeling, you will create unconsciously.

If you’re unconscious of an aspect of yourself; If it operates outside your field of awareness, that aspect has power over you.

Looking Inward To Find Your True Self.

248685If you think something outside of yourself is the cause of your problem, you will look outside of yourself for the answer and never really find it.

The path of looking inward, deep into our mind, can well be compared with the long stillness before day break. There is frequently nothing to mark it, but a quietly increasing light. The gradual dawning of a new world in our consciousness comes silently. it is a secret inner thing we can never fully share with others. Continue reading “Looking Inward To Find Your True Self.”

Blink of Nostalgia

blinking_eyesSometimes in the still of life….

When everything around you is moving at lightning speed i feel as if i have just paused! And in that momentary pause, i go through my whole life in a blink. That blink of an eye is enough for me to go back to times in my life when i needed to be nicer, or i needed to be more sensible, or i needed to just let go!

And when i come back from that blink of nostalgia, I can re-assess myself. I can change me NOW. I can make better decisions NOW. I can be nicer NOW. I can be more sensible NOW. Cause its only if i realize Me NOW, can i make my TOMORRROW truly and blissfully nostalgic.

I have never met a man so ignorant that I couldn’t learn something from him.

“I have never met a man so ignorant that I couldn’t learn something from him.”

by Galileo Galilei Italian astronomer & physicist (1564 – 1642)

This statement gives us the feeling of true accomplishment if and only if we have our minds eye open at all times. It tells us how we as individuals have become so caught up in our mundane lives that we forget to see the good in everybody and everything. We are so caught up in backbiting and counting flaws..that we forget that every person and every situation whether good or bad has a lesson for us to learn.

The day we can open our minds eye in the true sense of it…we will for sure be on the way to attaining true wisdom and enlightenment.
