I still remember the first time I saw my first Superman movie, how my brothers and I would run around the whole house with bed-sheets tied around our necks pretending to fly and demolish the bad guy.

When it comes to inner healing, I often think I have completely healed. Then sometimes a trigger comes along, and I’m reminded of the old pain. But is this trigger reminding me of the pain or is it teaching me something about myself? I believe our past pains sometimes come into our today to teach us and to warn us of the impending pain incase we move forward and do the very same thing again. And being positive and happy doesn’t mean we haven’t had pain in our lives. It simply means that even though we have gone through so much pain, we still choose to be happy and positive. We are all striving to live in a happy world and to be happy our-self too. While we all want this level of happiness, are we able to garner it for us everyday? We try. Come on, we try to remain happy and calm, but the mean people(for reasons all their own) of the world come on over into this happy bubble and spoil it all up. So, we are not happy because of the mean people in the world?! Really!?
