Empowered is a word that gets said way too much, even though many people do not understand exactly what it means. Women, often want to be known as empowered.

As a woman in today’s world, I want to feel empowered too!

The idea of being an empowered woman implies that you are in control of your life. There is a bit of feminism in this, but truly many women want to feel that they are empowered and in control of their lives.

Self-love is not Selfish{Self-love Series #3}

The one question I get asked a lot is the “self Love” question…. “But really isnt self love selfish? Isnt it downright narcissistic?”…are some of the questions I get asked from the anti-self love people. But I am not deterred 🙂 I respond in love, and always manage to turn them into practicing advocates of self love too!
