I am sure you’ve caught yourself a time or two saying things like, “I’ll be happy when I lose 5 kgs,” or “I’ll be happy when I find Mr./Mrs. Right,” or “I’ll be happy when I have my dream home,” or “I’ll be happy when my husband/wife changes his/her attitude.” etc etc.

An intention is the starting point of everything. Every creation, every idea, every big book, every big movie, every invention, every part of your life…begins with an intention.

If I want to take a walk or read a book or meditate it begins with an intention. All things in the Universe begin with an intention. And intentions are portals to infinite possibilities.

3 Healing Ways Towards Self-Forgiveness

Do you know that difficulties with self-forgiveness are linked with suicide attempts, eating disorders, and alcohol abuse, among other problems. The ability to forgive ourselves for our mistakes, no matter how big or small they may be, is a necessary step towards psychological healing.

I am not one of those people who plan their every move. I just can’t live that way. I prefer going with the flow or rather going with my heart. In doing so, sometimes I make mistakes. Sometimes big ones and sometimes small ones.
