Way To Happiness

This Inspirational Sunday I want to ask you a question, that has been going on in my mind this past week.

Do you truly know the way to happiness?

I found my answer in these words:

“The way to happiness:
keep your heart free from hate,
your mind from worry.
Live simply,
expect little,
give much.
Fill your life with love.
Scatter sunshine.
Forget self,
think of others.
Do as you would be done by.
Try this for a week and you will be surprised “

~ Norman Vincent Peale~

Just a few sentences, but so much wisdom in them!

Now its your turn to answer…what is YOUR way to happiness? Please share your wisdom in the comments below ๐Ÿ™‚

With Immense Love & Gratitude,
~Zeenat~

  1. ๐Ÿ™‚ to read n ponder on ur articles! And read something which make me understand myself!

  2. Oh Zeenat, how beautiful! Thank you for sharing..”Scatter rays of sunshine”–*love* that! I think that best describes how I live..I Light up my space radiantly and share generously from the abundance of magic surrounding me..I live simply, I love fully, and I am full of gratitude for every moment and all that is in it…

  3. Hmm, the way to happiness is different for everyone, but generosity is certainly a big component. I’ve heard of travelers paying the toll for cars behind them when entering San Francisco. This often creates a chain reaction where everyone pays for the car behind them, making everyone happier and showing them the possibilities of generosity!

  4. I’ve found for me, being with family is all I need. I never really realized just how big a family person I am until I moved away from them.

Love Dr. Peale by the way. Thanks Zeenat.

  5. happiness is being thankful for life and serve the creator…. sounds religion… but that was the question…
