6 Self Healing Promises for a Happier 2022

2021 was really something! I know it was one of those years when everything ebbed and flowed. More ebb less flow. The highs were too short lived and the lows were long and drawn. Not too different from the 2020 pandemic energy that went by the year before, but atleast this year it looked like we were sort of coming back to some sembelence of normalcy. Right now though a new phase of the pandemic is coming forth. Another learning curve for us all. That’s the beauty of all these new phases, if we are open to them, we come out wiser.

I have also been thinking of the year gone in terms of achievements, high points, low points, successes, failures, learning points etc. Introspection and a constant need to be a better more evolved human(e) being makes me think of the year that’s gone by in a learning light.

I believe that most of us have far more control over our lives than we realize, because we will always have control over our reaction to any given situation. There is great power in that realization.

We need to keep our focus on understanding ourselves as opposed to trying to control and understand the actions of others. Using force to try to change the behavior of another is never the best way. So what are we to do when another person acts in a way that distresses us? The answer is always the same: be the master of yourself.

We live in uncertain times. Our world has been put into a sudden shock because of the coronavirus pandemic which is sweeping almost every continent on this planet. Regular life already brings with it stress and anxiety, but then you bring in this kind of pandemic and everything negative in our heads gets exponentially heightened.
