My 3 Positive Tips to Being In Constant Serenity

My 3 Positive Tips to Being In Constant Serenity“Serenity is not freedom from the storm, but peace amid the storm”

Serenity according to the dictionary is calm, quiet, tranquil

Serenity according to a Mother is the first time she holds her baby in her arms.

Serenity according to a child is the time he snuggles up to his mother and just knows everything is just fine.

Serenity according to some is a place where they can get some quiet time like the beach, a cottage in the country …

Serenity according to me is when my conscious and subconscious are in sync. When external triggers can not touch my true self and when I can truly feel at peace. Continue reading

Let Peace, Love and Prayer light the way for the Syria Crisis

17-syriacrisis“Sometimes all it takes is just one small prayer to change everything.”

I often very happily admit that nothing phases my inner peace and happiness. But lately, the horrific images in the news and the atrocities on human lives is leaving me in knots. I am constantly living, but those images keep haunting me. Not because I am scared…no, but because I cant wrap my head around WHY this is all happening. Why has this thirst for world domination become so important to so many?

Innocent lives are paying the price. Every image on tv and the papers is of tragedy and an incredible loss of precious innocent human life.

When I started writing this, I wanted to vent at how it could be stopped, why the officials were being such pig heads etc etc… But I just stopped myself and thought, what purpose is that serving now.How will that help all the families who lost their loved ones, who are suffering in war torn Syria and how will that bring peace??? Wellness is more of a spectrum. There is optimum health on the one side and poor health on the other. But most of us live, moving back and forth, somewhere along the spectrum–feeling healthier at times, and not so well at other times. Continue reading

Life Well Lived to Healing Oneness-sending Love to the victims

“It’s difficult to believe in yourself because the idea of self is an artificial construction. You are, in fact, part of the glorious oneness of the universe. Everything beautiful in the world is within you.” Russell Brand

In 1991 at the young age of 14, I lived the comfortable life. I had it all. I had money(my dad’s🙂 ), I had health, I had zest for living and all that comes with the perfect definition of having the good life. Continue reading

Aiming&Striving for Wisdom

“We learn wisdom from failure much more than from success. We often discover what will do, by finding out what will not do; and probably he who never made a mistake never made a discovery.” – Samuel Smiles

Wisdom is something I aim and strive for. The world is thinking about making money and here I am thinking about gaining wisdom. I can sometimes laugh at myself and my ways of thinking, but the best part about my aims and strives is that I know they fulfill me, enrich me, satisfy me and most of all make me happy.
