9 Positive Affirmations To Make You Feel Like YOU ARE ENOUGH

They say, all is well that ends well.

I say, all is freaking awesome that begins and ends well provided we are ready to work at it.

Our beautiful brain, you know that amazing thing inside our heads, has a fascinating way of processing words and beliefs. Imagine your brain as a vast garden and each thought, good or bad, plants a seed. The more you water and nurture a specific kind of thought, the more it grows and becomes part of your mental landscape. This growth process is thanks to something called ‘neuroplasticity’. In simple terms, our brains can change and adapt based on our experiences and thoughts.

When we repeatedly tell ourselves positive affirmations, we’re basically planting beautiful flowers in our brain’s garden. Over time, these flowers bloom, pushing out the weeds of doubt and negativity. The best part? Science has shown that these daily affirmations don’t just make us feel good temporarily. They can boost our self-esteem, cultivate a more optimistic outlook, and even help us tackle challenges gracefully.

Now, most days I am pretty much in control of how my day goes and what I plant in the vast garden of my brain. I don’t allow negativity to get to me down or zap the happy feelings out of me. But then those are the days when I have my positive affirmations in my mind, on my fridge and pocket book to remind me to stay in that happily positive zone.

But, I ain’t a monk!

So yes, I do have those days, when everything is going literally crazy around me and I have no control over its many levels of craziness. We positive people also get hit with waves of negativity and drama. The irony about these negative waves is, they don’t come and hit you with a warning before they come on. They JUST come and shake the life out of you. BAM!

Ahhh…its on those days, especially those horrid, dark, negative days that my Positive Affirmations help me recenter. These are the days when I can start feeling inadequate. Like I am not doing enough and that I am just NOT enough. Which of course is not true. But while in the negative spiral thats how the monkey mind decides to make us feel. I make it a point to Breathe and then read these affirmations from my pocket book or note pad on my phone. Its beyond amazing how quickly they can center my thoughts and make me feel recharged again.

So here goes, from my secret stash of Positive Affirmations here are some of my favorites, that make me feel like I AM ENOUGH.

9 Positive Affirmations To Make You Feel Like YOU ARE ENOUGH

1) I am connected to a unique purpose and that is enough in its own right.

2) I am whole, complete, and lack nothing.

3) I am more than any single moment, mistake or judgment

4) I choose my own path and worth.

5) I am totally enough, no matter what anyone says.

6) I have everything I need and more.

7) I am always growing, but at every stage, I am enough.

8) I am perfectly imperfect.

9) I have enough, always.

The thing with affirmations is, they ONLY work if we believe in the words we are saying to be completely true in THAT very moment. So you need to Breathe, Believe and then say the affirmation for BEST results.

  1. Oh what positive affirmations to embrace Zeenat. 🤗 I love “I am perfectly imperfect.” Society pushes us all too often to be perfect in an imperfect world, but as we can attest to, that not only is stressful, but impossible. I tried doing the “perfectionist” expectations years ago and oh what a spiritual disaster that was. I simply do my best, and I believe that is what God wants us to do. Thanks for the share my friend. 😊💖🙏🏼
