Recently while at an event, the above truth dawned on me, more deeply than usual. It was the result of a conversations I was having at that event.

At these events you know there are people you might not know or they dont know you, or you meet them after a very long gap, so when you sit on the same table you tend to do the polite hellos and superficial conversation just to fill the air. Old people pleasing me was a pro at superficial conversations. But, I noticed this time that all the conversations I had were NOT superficial. Almost automatically everyone I met opened up about their most deepest thoughts and those are the best conversations according to me.

Upon deep reflection, I realised that my own energy was different, better, more self loving, more self respecting.{The healing work we do can have that effect.} The beauty of this inner work is, that your outside world responds to your inner energy as well. And that is why I felt at ease and had the best time even in between strangers.

One of the key factors of healing is working on building your self worth and by association self respect.,, and here is how I build my own self worth…

Over time I have stopped talking to those who don’t listen to me and also those who always want to be right. I stopped looking for people who would never look for me, I stopped thinking about people who never thought about me. I started doing what makes me feel good, without excess but with passion. I started to trust my intuition for everything, for every choice, for every person. I started avoiding negative people and started engaging with the rare positive people. Because I learned to respect myself and started to put myself first. Because I think I deserve it.

So if you feel like you’re not the most vibrant, energetic and inspired version of yourself…The version you really want to be…🎉

These steps are going to help you radically change the way you think, feel and act.

The key though is to practice these ways daily for 30 days, to shift your vibration to a more positive and self loving state.

13 Ways to Sky rocket🚀 your Self-Worth in 30 days

  1. – Meditate minimum 5 minutes every day
  2. – Set your positive intention for the day each morning
  3. – Write down 3-5 things you’re grateful for
  4. – No screen time from 9pm – 9am
  5. – At night reflect on your day and celebrate all you’ve accomplished
  6. – Go to sleep thinking about everything you’re grateful for
  7. – Ground in nature for 15 minutes each day- barefoot walking on the grass/sand/soil
  8. – Spend time with people who uplift and inspire you
  9. – Write out your boundaries, and when someone crosses them say NO
  10. – Drink 2 liters of water a day
  11. – Move your body 30 min a day
  12. – Stop drinking alcohol or smoking
  13. – Cut down sugar

The reason these above ways will help you, is simply because you are finally going to make an effort to focus on YOU and not the world outside of you. Doing this consistently and consciously for 30 days will instill these positive habits in you, which will balance your vibration and thereby balance your mental and physical health. All in all, push your self worth to the moon ❤
