BEING LOVE by Dr. Debra L. Reble ~ Book Review and Author Interview #BeingLOVE

“Our soul purpose is to be and express love. We dream of love, we yearn for love, and we make love, but rarely do we realize that we are love.” ~ Dr. Debra Reble

All of you know how much I love LOVE. It’s my guiding light and literally my best barometer for all things good and Divine. Happiness for me is a loving world.

In the spirit of Love, the book “Being Love” just happened to cross my path as did Debra Reble and her loving message. Her message resonated so deeply with me, that as I got to know her work and read her book, I fell in love with the whole energy of the book.

In “Being Love ~How Loving Yourself Creates Ripples of Transformation in Your Relationships and the World Dr. Debra Reble invites us to gently travel back to our authentic true selves. That true self that existed before the world caved in, before social conditioning caved in, before the worlds expectations caved in. That true self that is all LOVE and Divine.

I love how from the beginning of this book, I felt my heart getting bigger and warmer. The positive loving energy of this book is transformative to the heart and soul…and such a welcome gift in a world where ‘love’ is seen as a weakness rather than a strength.

I highly recommend this book to every heart in this beautiful world….simply because not only does it take you back to YOU, but Debra’s gentle guidance gives you practical ways to make the journey inward a more spiritually nurturing one.

I had the immense pleasure of asking Debra a few questions about her book. Below is the interview. Read and be blown away. Enjoy darlings!

Interview with Dr. Debra Reble Author of “Being Love – How Loving Yourself Creates Ripples of Transformation in Your Relationships and the World”

Me: What sparked the thought of writing this highly insightful book?

Debra: The concept of Being Love has been germinating within me for my entire life. I have always been drawn to the power of love. As a young girl, I wrote and recited poetry on the theme of love—a preoccupation which, unfortunately, was not inspired by an abundance of love in my life but rather by a shortage. Through the transformational work I have done and continue to do, I have opened my heart to love, nurture, and heal myself. In turn, this love energy has expanded to my relationships and every other aspect of my life.

I am here to be the fullest expression of love. Expressing my fullest soul potential, no matter what my circumstances, is being—and being is love

Me: While writing your book, what was the most challenging part?

Debra: Being compassionate with myself was one of the most challenging parts of writing my book. While writing and editing Being Love, I saw how my pattern of perfectionism and the underlying residue of lovelessness quickly surfaced. There were days when my fear and doubt raised their ugly heads with negative thoughts such as: “You’re not good enough to write this book,” or “People aren’t going to read it.” Looking back, I can see that each time I was harsh with myself, I would suddenly receive a sign from the Universe reminding me that those doubts and fears were not based in my truth. By opening my heart, I would be brought back to my truth…that I am love and that’s more than enough.

What I’ve come to realize in these situations is that all of our thoughts, feelings, and choices originate in our being of love—even when we write a terrible first draft, go into self-doubt, or are afraid to step into our light. These are the moments when I know I am being called to embrace “Deb” with all her flaws, imperfections, and vulnerabilities and love her up with self-compassion.

Me: How much research or life experience went into writing the book?

Debra: My book is highly researched drawing on experts in the fields of love, spirituality, relationships, heart and energy healing. However, I feel that my life experiences qualify me to guide you on your path of personal transformation even more than my credentials as an energy healer, coach, intuitive psychologist, and teacher.

In Being Love, I weave stories from my own life into a beautiful tapestry of personal storytelling that shows you how to walk the path of self-love and transformation. I teach you how I reclaimed my power to be who I was born to be…who you were born to be…pure radiant love.

Me: Which is your most favorite chapter (or chapters) from your book and Why?

Debra: My favorite chapter is Chapter One, Embracing Our Vulnerability. For me, this is the portal to self-love. In this chapter, I reveal my deepest darkest moments of the soul and share how I moved from lovelessness to self-love. And I show you the love practices I used and still practice today for my own personal transformation.

My next favorite chapter is Chapter Eight, Become an Ambassador of Love. As love ambassadors, we are responsible for our “vibrational footprint” on the planet by making the choices that sustain our well-being and the well-being of others and our planet. We are at a tipping point in our human evolution …to elevate ourselves to the highest vibration of love so that we can transform our world to love.

Me: Who would benefit from this amazing book?

Debra: This book is a must read for anyone and everyone ready to embrace self-love and share this love with the rest of the world. The spiritual principles and practices presented in Being Love underlie those I teach my clients and incorporate into my everyday life; they will take you, step-by-step to an expanded perspective and practice of love.

Me: How do you shine your light into the world?

Debra: I walk in my life as an ambassador of love, a living, breathing source of love for myself and others. I’m consciously aware of any triggers that take me out of this high frequency energy and use my love practices (described in the book) to restore alignment with my heart—-the seat of love energy.

Me: Do you have a message for the readers of your book?

Debra: My message for everyone who reads Being Love comes to know as I have, that you have the inner power and capacity to love yourself whole-heartedly and that regardless of your circumstances, you can heal your life. By doing so, you can become a love ambassador to others and the world.

Love is here because we are. Together, at this unprecedented time, we are here to facilitate our evolution to universal love. It’s going to take the power of our mass intention of love and every one of us being ambassadors of love to bring about this shift in the world.

I would be honored and blessed if you choose to walk this journey of love with me.

My heart overflows with tears of joy for your acknowledgment of me and our alignment of passion and purpose. We make a great team love and this energy is so needed to heal our troubled hearts and world. It’s time that we all joined heart and soul in love. Much love and blessings Zeenat!

  2. Beautiful! I feel this strongly as well. And, I know it’s a process of unfolding, of allowing the layers of conditioning to dissolve away one by one. We deeply need to feel all this on an energetic level and so I really appreciate your emphasis on how you could really feel the energy of love in this book, Zeenat.

  3. Thanks for sharing this book review Zeenat. So much of our lives we are disconnected from the love within so this message about reconnecting with the love inside is timely. Only when we can heal ourselves and love ourselves, can we share this love with those around us.
