As you all might already know, I’m a Positive Thoughts/Quotes junkie. Yes, I love those little nuggets of pure inspiration. I feel like the wisdom in those few lines can sometimes capture the very essence of our being and that too so poignantly. The *Positive Provocations* Facebook Page is a very vibrant and active community where I share these little nuggets of inspiration everyday. Some of the Quotes are my own, some are from eminent inspiring personalities of our time and times gone by.

  7. First, let me wish you a very happy new year and here is to hoping the world will become a safer and more just place to live in 🙂

    Thanks for sharing these nuggets. They made me pull out my book of quotes, which I had begun collecting when I was in middle school and continued till high school. Thereafter, I forgot about them, but carried them along on my numerous house moving exercises. They read as wonderful now as they did then. Only I forgot to take inspiration from them 😦

    I loved the 5th, 7th, 12th and 14th quotes in this collection. Thanks Zeenat. Hugs.

    It’s always kind of amazing to me how these things go. What inspires you one day may be totally different than what inspires you another day!

    So, having several to drink in is perfect. Something is going to stir the deepest part and stick!

    …ahhh it is raining yet I feel the warmth of Zeee’s brilliant words 🙂

    The other evening It was just that as I kayaked out the Mission Bay Channel towards the setting sun. I wore sunglasses,but the sun’s brilliance in the perfectly clear sky made me glance away only to see two dolphin rise in tandem to the surface 🙂

    That post was one of the most enjoyable that I have read… thank you! The way it unfolded for me that morning…I went outside to tend my garden only to find that my *Sunflower* had been up-rooted by *Dear Grub Eating Skunk*…to which the *re-incarnation* of the *Sunflower* was placed perfectly at the top of your post on giving compliments! Last night I sat with friends next to a fire under the stars. We cooked food, told stories, and Carlos played the acoustic guitar while singing old Mexican and Spanish songs. We saw *Dear Skunk*. He was just passing by. He will leave my garden alone until Spring…I miss his enjoyable search into the soil…

    Thanks so much for being here for me in 2012 which was a year of triple grief experiences. Throughout the year I read your blog, kept your advice in mind and practiced focusing on what was positive and good.
