Do you feel low often? Do you feel like you lack positive energy? Lets rectify that today…. 🙂
Let’s dive into how to catapult the positive energies in you and around you by making a few simple additions to your atmosphere. Thereby ensuring happiness and success.
Positive Energy is the one thing that at times we all feel we need more of. What most people find is that when they are doing what they love or are living in a space they love their positive energy comes forth naturally. When you have a passion for what you are doing and the right ambiance to motivate, you will find positive energy is something that you have in abundance.
“The higher your energy level, the more efficient your body The more efficient your body, the better you feel and the more you will use your talent to produce outstanding results.”~ Tony Robbins
But yes, there are days when things don’t work the way we want them to; we are fed up with our life, lack enthusiasm and motivation, and the energy to do daily chores. Such feelings erupt when our positive energies are blocked. This Positive Energy is what makes life ‘alive’ and should never be blocked; it should flow around us and through us freely.
The quality of this positive energy is important to our well-being and we have the power within ourselves to make it work for us. Free-flowing energy, which is balanced and healthy, reflects harmony between our mind and body. It eliminates sickness. On the other hand, when energy is blocked and stagnating, it creates imbalance, disharmony and affects everything in its path.
You can transform and manipulate the positive energies, which can have powerful effects, and very often, just making small changes bring huge positive results. These changes can make you feel rejuvenated, enhance your confidence and help you stay motivated.
5 Simple tips to Catapult Your Positive Energy
Here are simple tips for creating a positive energy filled environment that is good for your mind, body, heart and soul:
1} Clean your space: Clutter disrupts your life. When it’s rampant, you feel stressed about everything. Make sure that your bedroom, closet and bathroom are neat and orderly. Most importantly begin your day with a calm mind and positive thoughts. Here is a positive affirmation that I use always: “Present Me is tired of carrying the clutter of Past Me and Future Me. I’m letting all that’s unnecessary GO.”
2} Create restful sleep: Create a wonderful resting place, where you can relax after the day’s work. Make sure that the bed is in the back corner of the room, and not exactly opposite to the door; it protects from fast moving energy in your bedroom. Light Sandalwood incense sticks and have bamboo plants around the room. Incense and bamboo both have the ability to cut through negative energies and create a more harmonious space.
3} Colour your space for calm: Use pastel lavenders, greens, peaches and other soothing earth tones in your home décor. You could also identify a colour which makes you feel nice and calm, and adapt it to suit your space. Pastel and bright shades have a calming effect on the eyes. They are also known to create a calming atmosphere for the mind.
4} Light candles: Light blue, lavender or cream-coloured candles for relaxation. Surround yourself with natural light and green plants, bamboo shoot being my favorite indoor plant. Open the doors and windows and let fresh air in. As night falls, avoid bright light for at least an hour before going to bed.
5} Play soothing sounds: Natural sounds are good, as they connect you to nature. If you live next to the ocean, youre super lucky to have the sound of waves as your best friend. But, if like me you live ina bustling city you can buy cd’s or download a few earth sounds. Birds, ocean waves, trees dancing…are some personal favorites of mine. When the space around you is calm, your thoughts become calmer and more positive quite naturally.
You can close the windows and darken your room, and you can open the windows and let light in. It is a matter of choice. Your mind is your room. Do you darken it or do you fill it with light? Our positive energy CAN be simply abundant, we just have to allow it access with our complete being.

Hi Zeenat,
As you have said, so often…positive thoughts bring positive energy. When our thoughts are good, when we are happy and content, positive energy gets attracted towards us, spontaneously. I love to put fresh flowers, which add fragrance, positivity and colour to the rooms. Long back I had read ‘cleanliness is next to Godliness’, so keeping the surrounding neat and tidy is a big source of positive energy. Books too bring it in and above all the serenity and love that we share with all the members of the family emits natural vibes of positivity.
Thanks for sharing another post, full of positive thoughts.

Dear I create positive energy in me and around me by imagining when I am at rest that HE THE UNIVERSAL HEALER IS HERE AROUND ME AND VERY VERY NEAR ME. HE IS NOT SEPARATE THAN ME .I AND HE ARE PART AND PARCEL OF A UNITY ONLY..HE IS ME AND I AM HE.NOTHING CAN DESTROY ME.I AM HERE, I WILL BE HERE, AND I WAS HERE.EVERY UNIVERSAL PART IS IN ME AND WITHIN ME. I AM IN THEM .THIS WHOLE UNIVERSE IS MADE OF ME ONLY AND I AM MADE OF IT. I AM EVERY WHERE .I KNOW EVERY THING . NOTHING CAN BE HIDDEN FROM ME.
